Responsibilities of Healthcare Recruiters: * Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100+ calls per day) * Reach out to both new and existing healthcare professionals to forge meaningful connections and present tailored opportunities that align with their skills, licenses, board status, and credentials. * Cultivate and nurture relationships that produce loyalty and promote a long-term working relationship with our clients and health professionals. * Engage with prospective and current providers to clearly outline assignment details and compensation, ensuring a transparent and rewarding experience.
