Join our fast-growing ESL school as an ESL Sales Consultant (Portuguese Speaker). This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales role designed for professionals who are proactive, resilient, and motivated by results. You will work directly with Portuguese-speaking students interested in learning English in the U.S., actively prospecting, following up, negotiating, and closing enrollments. This position is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset -- a salesperson who goes after opportunities instead of waiting for them. We offer base pay plus performance-based bonuses , clear sales targets, and a structured admissions and sales process in a dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities * Proactively contact prospective students through outbound calls, messages, emails, and virtual meetings. * Actively pursue sales opportunities from both inbound and outbound leads -- this is not a passive customer service role. * Conduct persuasive consultations and presentations explaining ESL programs, schedules, pricing, and enrollment processes. * Consistently follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close enrollments. * Accurately track all sales activities, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM systems. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals on a monthly basis. * Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates. * Maintain a professional, consultative approach while staying focused on results and performance. Requirements * Fluent Portuguese (mandatory) * English proficiency required for internal communication * Proven experience in sales , preferably service-based, education, or consultative sales * Strong negotiation skills and a clear closing mindset * Comfortable with outbound sales , follow-ups, and performance-based environments * Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet tools * Experience with CRM systems is a plus * Highly organized, disciplined, and resilient * Hunter mentality : proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented * Spanish proficiency is a strong plus Schedule & Availability * Availability to work flexible hours , including evenings and/or weekends based on sales demand * Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Compensation & Benefits * Base pay plus performance-based bonuses and commissions * Bonus structure tied to sales performance and goal achievement * Growth and advancement opportunities within the company * Supportive team environment with clear expectations and targets Portuguese fluency is required.
