Sales Operations Manager Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt Position Overview A well-established, growth-oriented operation in the Dallas area is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day performance of a local facility. This role is responsible for driving operational execution, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and financial performance at the location level. Prior experience in automotive parts sales and/or truck parts sales is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in parts sales, customer service, inventory management, and supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily operations of the store location to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction * Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team * Review sales activity, reports, and operational metrics for accuracy and improvement opportunities * Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and operational standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility that reflects a professional operation * Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, expectations, and improvement initiatives * Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to grow local market share * Manage profitability by monitoring expenses, accounts receivable, and gross margins * Oversee inventory control, warehouse organization, receiving, cycle counts, and replenishment recommendations * Coordinate and manage local delivery routes and logistics * Promote a strong customer-service mindset in every interaction * Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * auto or truck parts sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
