JOB SUMMARY The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at FireNote EMR is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and qualifying inbound leads for the sales team. This role focuses on identifying potential clients in the healthcare industry, understanding their needs, and positioning FireNote EMR's solutions as valuable tools for improving clinical efficiency and compliance. The SDR plays a vital role in the early stages of the sales pipeline, collaborating closely with Account Executives (AEs) and marketing to drive sustainable revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES * Identify, research, and engage with potential healthcare practices, clinics, and organizations that could benefit from FireNote EMR. * Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and readiness for further engagement by the sales team. * Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through consistent outreach, nurturing, and follow-up. * Partner with marketing to improve lead targeting, campaign feedback, and messaging effectiveness. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity ratios. * Accurately log activities, track communication, and maintain data integrity within the CRM system. * Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social selling (LinkedIn, professional groups, etc.). * Respond to and follow up on inbound inquiries and replies in a timely manner. * Research healthcare organizations to personalize outreach strategies and understand decision-maker roles. * Schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives and ensure a smooth transition of leads. * Track market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in healthcare technology adoption. * Contribute insights to improve sales processes, conversion strategies, and customer engagement approaches. * Maintain prospecting activity KPIs (calls per day, emails sent, meetings booked, etc.). * Track daily outreach metrics (calls made, emails sent, contacts engaged). * Collaborate with SDR Lead on messaging feedback (which emails/outreach sequences are resonating). * Report activity numbers to the SDR Lead including meetings booked, conversion rates, etc * Adjust outreach cadence/sequences based on performance & response. * Contribute to refining target account lists with the Sales team. COMMUNICATION * Communicates frequently with SDR lead and AE regarding client needs, concerns, and contract issues. * Collaborates and communicates with appropriate teams when necessary. * Clearly and tactfully communicates and interacts with clients, vendors, and internal teams. * Uses respectful and professional language in all interactions internally and externally. * Ability to establish and maintain working relationships * Maintains professional appearance and behavior. * Maintains accurate records and shares information when necessary. * Adheres to all HIPAA and required confidentiality standards. * Uses technology responsibly to maintain patient and client confidentiality. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. * 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach, preferably within SaaS, healthcare IT, or EMR industries. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach. * Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms. * Strong understanding of the sales pipeline and lead qualification processes.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in healthcare technology, EMR/EHR systems, or medical software sales. * Familiarity with healthcare compliance, workflows, and practice management systems. * Track record of exceeding sales development or lead generation targets. * Proficiency with data enrichment and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). * Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset * Clear and confident communicator * Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn * Analytical thinking with attention to detail * Team collaboration and cross-departmental communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In personUnified Health Technology, LLC
