Position Summary: As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Mattress Home, guiding customers through their purchasing journey and ensuring they find the perfect sleep solution. Your role is pivotal in delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs to recommend suitable products. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and promotions. * Achieve individual and store sales targets. * Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent * 3+ years of commission-based mattress, furniture, or high-ticket retail sales * Proven experience closing $2,000+ average tickets * Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills * Prior responsibility for training, coaching, or leading sales associates * Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (with assistance) * Experience working weekends in a retail environment.
