Position Summary

: As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Mattress Home, guiding customers through their purchasing journey and ensuring they find the perfect sleep solution. Your role is pivotal in delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

: Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs to recommend suitable products.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and promotions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

: High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of commission-based mattress, furniture, or high-ticket retail sales
• Proven experience closing $2,000+ average tickets
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Prior responsibility for training, coaching, or leading sales associates
• Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (with assistance)
• Experience working weekends in a retail environment. Weekend and holiday availability required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
