Do you enjoy retail but hate the hours? Our store is open on Monday 8-8, Tuesday through Friday 8-6 and Saturday 10-4, (No Sunday hours). Your work hours would include 1 day off during the week and a 3-day weekend every month. We need someone who is customer service oriented and has excellent communication skills. People skills and personality are key. The ability to show a genuine interest in the customers' wants and needs is essential. The perfect candidate has a prior background in sales within retail, designing, construction or flooring. Computer skills are required. We provide access to product and sales training through our online university. We offer an hourly guarantee and bonus along with health, dental and vision insurance, retirement match, PTO and an employee discount.
