Job Title: Sales Executive - Education Industry, New Sales Company Overview : Estrellita is a leading provider of Beginning Spanish reading curriculum and training for bilingual and dual language school districts throughout the country for the past 40 years. We are seeking an individual to represent Estrellita, Inc as a Sales Executive. The position is based in Denver, CO and is an in-office position. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing specifically on new sales for B2B accounts. The Sales Executive (SE) role is focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market reach by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing account plans to achieve individual sales goals. The SE is responsible for lead generation, sales strategy, and account plans. The position is based in the Denver Tech Center area. Responsibilities: * Lead generation : Proactively find and qualify new potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals. * Client engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions. * Sales and closing: Conduct sales meetings, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed quotas. * Administrative tasks : Maintain accurate customer records in a CRM system, track sales activities and performance metrics, and submit purchase orders. * Market awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred (MBA). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B new sales. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Proficiency in CRM software (i.e. Sales Force) to manage book of business. * Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace. Requirements * Fluent in Spanish - required. * Ability to travel required. * Knowledge of the education industry is valued. * Thrive in an ever-changing environment.
