Duties * Provide outstanding customer support through various channels. * Analyze customer inquiries and issues to provide effective solutions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and update information as needed. * Demonstrate excellent etiquette while communicating with customers. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. * Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring they have a positive experience. * Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information. Qualifications * Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. * Ability to analyze problems and think critically to offer solutions. * Familiarity with computer systems and software applications related to customer service. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. * A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure.
