Duties * Engage with customers to understand their landscape needs and provide expert recommendations on lawn care, irrigation, hardscape features, and plant selections * Assist in designing landscape plans that incorporate gardening, tree care, snow plowing, and other maintenance services * Promote and sell landscaping services and products by clearly communicating benefits and features to clients * Support installation projects using hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment to ensure quality craftsmanship * Conduct site assessments for landscape maintenance, tree trimming, mowing, and irrigation system installations or repairs * Collaborate with team members on project planning, site preparation, and execution of landscaping or hardscape projects * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications * Demonstrated knowledge of landscaping practices including horticulture, lawn care, hardscape installation, and garden maintenance * Experience with hand tools, power tools, excavators or construction equipment is highly desirable * Strong mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems, snow plowing equipment, or garden machinery * Familiarity with tree care techniques such as trimming and pruning as well as general landscape maintenance skills * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members while maintaining a positive attitude * Basic understanding of safety procedures when handling tools and operating machinery in outdoor environments * Prior experience in sales or customer service within the landscaping or construction industry is a plus Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that inspire joy!
