National Sales Representative JPS Books + Logistics - Company Overview At JPS Books + Logistics, we produce physical learning materials that drive real-world impact. THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a hunter--a proactive, goal-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the chase for new business. This is a growth role focused on new account acquisition, top-of-funnel sales activity, and expanding our reach into key markets, including education, corporate training, nonprofit, and government sectors. This role will focus heavily on promoting and selling both our core bound book solutions and our expanding line of wide-format products. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE * Aggressively Prospect: Generate new leads via outbound outreach, cold calls, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Sell Across the Line: Position our full suite of print services with an emphasis on wide-format signage and high-volume bound books. * Run the Sales Process: Lead discovery calls, pitch creative solutions, build quotes, and drive decision-making toward close. * Drive Revenue: Own monthly/quarterly targets. Aim for at least 30% quote conversion and one $100K+ client in your first six months. * Build Pipeline: Maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline with 30+ active opportunities at all times. * Refine Tactics: Review call recordings, analyze conversion data, and continuously sharpen your messaging.
