Explore more at [please apply online] Key Responsibilities * Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach. * Qualify potential customers including general contractors, developers, stair installers, and fabricators. * Provide accurate, compelling information about CastMaster's product availability, value, and delivery timelines. * Coordinate pricing and delivery with internal teams to align quotes and timelines. * Follow up on quotes, convert them into sales, and manage post-sale communication. * Track all customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system. * Represent the CastMaster brand with professionalism and urgency. * Gather and relay market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer needs. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing. * High school diploma or GED required. * Proven success in structured outbound sales activities (cold calling, follow-ups, pipeline management). * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable working independently and accountable for results. * High resilience and persistence--able to handle rejection professionally. * Technically curious and eager to learn construction product applications. * Proficient in CRM software and email communication. * Must be able to manage time, organize activities, and prioritize sales pipeline effectively.
