How You 'll Make an Impact * Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve sales objectives. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key market verticals. * Forecast bookings and manage opportunity pipelines effectively. * Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers. * Collaborate with business units to align value propositions with market trends. * Drive market analysis and identify growth opportunities. * Oversee team development, including training and performance management. * Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. * Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales pursuits. * At least 5 years of experience in the data center market. * Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex solutions. * Proven leadership skills in coaching and team development. * Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
