Position Summary
The Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting in-clinic and inbound leads into active care plans. You will own the patient report of findings, guide new patients through care recommendations, and ensure high conversion rates while maintaining an exceptional patient experience. This role requires someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Conversions
- Lead the patient consultation sales process, including report-of-findings discussions and plan recommendations.
- Own revenue goals for funded care plans, renewals, and upsells (neuropathy programs, regenerative medicine, etc.)
- Maintain consistent 70%+ conversion rates on clinic-generated leads. Patient Communication & Guidance
- Build trust quickly with new patients through confident, clear communication.
- Explain clinical recommendations in a structured, persuasive, and ethical manner.
- Overcome objections with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Partner with clinicians and staff to ensure seamless handoffs and a unified patient journey. Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate records, sales pipelines, and scheduling workflows.
- Ensure all patients understand next steps, financial policies, and care expectations.
- Review CRM and internal dashboards to stay on top of KPIs.
