Customer Service Sales Lead Pay: $26.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Location: PDC Corporate Office Join a Team Where Service and Sales Come Together We're looking for a Customer Service Sales Lead who thrives in a fast- paced environment and enjoys being a go-to resource for both customers and teammates. This is a non-managerial lead role ideal for someone ready to step into a senior support position, lead by example, and make a real impact on daily operations. In this role, you'll work closely with the Customer Service Manager, Director of Customer Service, and Sales leadership to ensure smooth order execution, strong communication, and exceptional customer experiences. What You 'll Do * Act as a primary point of contact for escalated customer service and sales-related concerns * Support daily operations including order entry, scheduling, refunds, exchanges, and warranty inquiries * Reinforce company policies, procedures, and service standards across the team * Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure accurate orders and clear customer communication * Assist with resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally * Identify recurring issues and share improvement recommendations with leadership * Prepare and submit operational and sales-related reports * Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or retail operations * Prior experience as a senior associate or lead is a plus * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Ability to lead by example without direct supervisory authority * Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations teams Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role is based in a corporate office environment. Work is primarily desk- based and requires regular use of a computer and phone. Must be able to communicate clearly, remain seated for extended periods, move within the office as needed, and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. The position involves handling a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced setting Pay Transparency (California) The pay rate for this position is $26.00 per hour. Compensation is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
