Sales Representative - Phone Closer - HVAC Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-Site) Compensation: Base + Aggressive Bonus Structure Top Performers Earn $100K+ Annually J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing is hiring an Inside Sales team member to support real-time coordination between our HVAC technicians in the field and homeowners exploring repair, replacement, or upgrade options. This role is focused on sales execution, not cold calling. You'll work with warm, inbound leads, assisting in presenting and closing estimates over the phone--often while the technician is still on-site. If you can move fast, listen well, and close with confidence, this is a high-reward role.
