Senior Director of Business Development - Home Health Twin Cities & Surrounding Areas | Exclusive Territory $180K-$250K+ OTE | Strong Base + Uncapped Per-Admission Bonuses This role is for a proven Home Health rainmaker -- not a junior marketer. Nightingale Home Healthcare is expanding in the Twin Cities and is hiring one senior business development leader with existing referral relationships and a verifiable Medicare admissions track record. The Mandate

  • Full ownership of an exclusive Twin Cities territory
  • Personally generate 50+ Medicare or Medicare-like admissions per month
  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships with:
  • SNF discharge planners
  • Hospital case managers
  • Rehab / IRF teams
  • Operate independently with strong operational and clinical support
Compensation

Benefits
  • Base salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
  • Uncapped per-admission commissions
  • Accelerator tiers beyond performance thresholds
  • Total earning potential: $180,000 - $250,000+
  • W-2 position (1099 option available for the right candidate)

  • 5+ years of Home Health sales / business development experience
  • Personally generated 40-60+ Medicare home health admissions per month
  • Active referral relationships in the Twin Cities
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Medicare eligibility
  • PDGM
  • OASIS workflow
  • Professional, ethical, patient-centered approach Hospice-only, DME, pharma, or junior sales backgrounds will not be considered. What You 'll Do
  • Drive admissions -- not brand awareness
  • Call on targeted SNFs, hospitals, and physicians
  • Resolve referral barriers quickly to protect volume
  • Track admissions and referral growth monthly
  • Represent Nightingale Home Healthcare professionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
