Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Representative to be a part of the Sharecare Sales team. This candidate will support outside sales executive both directly & indirectly. The candidate must be motivated and technically capable with experience in demand generation. Core competencies include: * Ability to thrive in a high pace, ever-changing environment * Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (preferred) Essential Job Functions: * Generate qualified sales leads for sales executives. * Manage a list of prospects within a defined territory to create Sharecare brand awareness. * Support sales executives in increasing sales efforts within the defined territories. * Perform outreach and meeting setting at a pre-defined, benchmarked metric. * Conduct initial Sharecare prospect qualification and system capability reviews. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (preferred). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Self-motivated and driven to succeed. * Ability to work in team environment. * Ability to interface with multiple development teams.
