Our growing team is in need of an Excellent Sales Manager for our Montana branch location with opportunity to expand.

What You'll Do

: As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for sales in the Montana region.

Responsibilities

include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. What We Offer:

• Motivate team to reach and exceed sales goals
• Meet with clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
• Prepares presentations and sales reports
• Sales: STDAFO (Show, Tell, Demonstrate, Ask, For, Orders)
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure seamless promotional efforts What Makes You a Good Fit: 5+ years of construction and/or steel knowledge preferably in commercial work 5+ years of supervisory/management experience Delivery Dispatch and scheduling experience Extended sales experience, calling on customers and site visits Ability to run a team of a driver and yard personnel Responsible for labor hours, temp labor, daily operational budgets and monthly goals Must have valid driver license and be insurable. Ability to lift 50lbs frequently and operate a forklift if necessary. Proficient in all aspects of professional communication, computer literate required for CRM entries. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
