Director of Growth & Partnerships (Commission-Based) The Mallard Speed Academy - Dallas, TX (Hybrid / Field-Based) About The Mallard Speed Academy The Mallard Speed Academy is recognized as one of the top speed development academies in the country , training elite youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. We specialize in speed, acceleration, movement mechanics, and mindset -- with a strong footprint in soccer, volleyball, and elite performance. We are in a high-growth phase and are looking for a driven, relationship- first leader to help expand our footprint across clubs, schools, homeschool academies, events, and strategic partnerships. This is not an administrative role. This is a results-driven growth position. Role Overview We are hiring a Director of Growth & Partnerships to actively source, build, and close new business opportunities for The Mallard Speed Academy. You will be responsible for: * Creating new relationships in the community * Pitching academy services * Closing deals * Driving revenue growth This role is 100% commission-based to start and ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and performance-based income. $60,000 - $150,000+ per year (Commission-Based, Uncapped) Additional Pay: * Commission only * Performance bonuses available * No cap on earnings Key Responsibilities * Build and manage relationships with: * Soccer clubs & homeschool academies * Schools and youth organizations * Corporate wellness and executive performance partners * Event organizers, camps, and sponsors * Proactively conduct outreach (calls, meetings, in-person visits) * Book and lead sales meetings * Present partnerships, demo days, and long-term training solutions * Close new business and move deals through the pipeline * Collaborate with the CEO on high-level growth strategy * Track leads, meetings, proposals, and closed revenue Compensation Structure * Commission-based (15 -25%) on all new revenue you originate and close * Commission is paid only after revenue is collected * No cap on earnings * Performance-based role with 90-day evaluation period High performers will have the opportunity to evolve into a senior leadership role with base compensation as the academy scales. Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable) * 20-30 outbound conversations per week * 5-8 meetings booked weekly * 2-3 proposals sent weekly * Consistent deal flow and closed revenue This role is for someone who moves fast , follows up relentlessly, and takes ownership of results.
