Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management, with a focus on expanding market presence and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through proactive relationship management and upselling strategies
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
  • Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and activity reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and account information for management review Skills
  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong understanding of territory management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective account management and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to sales growth initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling, cross-selling, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Analytical skills for assessing market data, sales performance metrics, and customer feedback
  • Experience in retail or direct sales environments is a plus but not required
