Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management, with a focus on expanding market presence and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through proactive relationship management and upselling strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and activity reports
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and account information for management review Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong understanding of territory management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective account management and customer engagement
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to sales growth initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in upselling, cross-selling, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Analytical skills for assessing market data, sales performance metrics, and customer feedback
- Experience in retail or direct sales environments is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets in a competitive landscape Pay: $57,471.25 - $69,212.69 per year
