Client Sales Representative Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training | Performance-Based Growth Location: North Dallas / Plano Area HighRange Collective is hiring Client Sales Representatives to support in- person sales initiatives for nationally recognized companies in technology, energy, and home services. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on engaging directly with customers, presenting products and services, and delivering a professional client experience. The position is designed for individuals early in their career who are interested in developing sales skills and advancing into leadership through performance and consistency. About HighRange Collective HighRange Collective builds and manages professional field sales teams for established Fortune 500-level partners. We focus on training, coaching, and long-term development, providing our team members with clear expectations, ongoing support, and opportunities for advancement based on results. Position Overview As a Client Sales Representative, you will be trained on our sales process, client standards, and customer engagement approach. You will work directly with customers in person, represent partner brands professionally, and contribute to individual and team performance goals. This role offers structured training and a clear development path for individuals who demonstrate reliability, coachability, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Engage with customers in person to present products and services * Provide accurate information and answer customer questions professionally * Guide customers through the enrollment or sign-up process * Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals * Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings * Track customer interactions and feedback using provided tools Compensation & Development * Base pay plus commission and performance bonuses (Average earnings range: $50,000 -$67,000 annually, based on performance) * Paid training program * Ongoing coaching and professional development * Bonus opportunities for consistent performance * Advancement opportunities into training and leadership roles Qualifications Required: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional attitude and willingness to learn * Dependable, with full-time availability * Reliable transportation to daily field locations * Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred (not required): * Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields * Comfort using mobile apps or CRM-style tools No prior sales experience is required; training is provided.
