As an HVAC Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the Milwaukee area and surrounding territories. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets * Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients * Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management * Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field * 5+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in a related industry * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team * Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills * Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools * Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal * Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies * Strong time management and organizational skills * In-depth knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Milwaukee and surrounding areas * Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) preferred * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
