We are looking for a driven and experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our team to success. Job Description: As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving sales, managing inventory, and developing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. * Manage inventory, pricing, and reconditioning processes to maximize profitability and turn rates. * Implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract customers. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships. * Train and develop sales staff, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture. * Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. * Build strong factory relationship to grow our Certified Pre-Owned segment of the Used vehicle business. * Work closely with other departments, including finance and service, to streamline operations. * Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager in an automotive dealership setting. * Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. * Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting. * Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis. * Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems. * A results-driven mindset with a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
