- Lead all sales efforts across New York's on- and off-premise channels
- Grow account numbers and expand distribution across the city
- Boost velocity and maximise performance in existing accounts
- Implement brand programs, activations, and incentive initiatives
- Conduct compelling staff trainings for hospitality teams
- Build strong relationships with distributors, trade partners, and key opinion leaders
- Work cross-functionally with the wider U.S. team and HQ
- Consistently hit -- and exceed -- sales and profitability targets
- Identify new business opportunities and execute solutions quickly
- Maintain high-quality CRM records and structured reporting
- Provide ongoing market insights, recommendations, and performance updates What do you need?
- Proven sales or trade marketing experience within beverage or hospitality
- Strong understanding of the non-alcoholic drinks category and emerging trends
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently
- Integrity, reliability, and strong follow-through
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth sales environment
- Commercial mindset with a focus on results
