Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday and every Saturday 10 am - 2 pm Pay Rate: $20.00 If you are a motivated individual who is fluent in English and Spanish and can handle retail counter sales and manage inbound sales, we want you! This opportunity requires a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of three years of experience in retail sales. Responsibilities: * Daily face to face interactions with customers. * Enter new sales orders. * Convert previous quotes to new orders. * Create and set up new accounts for new customers. * Update and maintain current information on customers. * Answer calls and e-mails. * Other duties may be assigned by the manager, as needed. Requirements: * Must have at least 3 years of previous counter sales experience in similar environment. * Spanish fluency required * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to communicate effectively with customers. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement by using whole numbers. * Ability to read a tape measure. * Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions that are furnished in written or verbal form. * Ability to adhere to a comprehensive Quality Assurance program. * Ability to solve problems that involve several variables. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. * Must be able to make responsible decisions. * Must have experience with word processing, spreadsheets, email, database software and Internet software. * Ten key by touch a plus. * Must be comfortable lifting heavy product throughout the shift, up to 50lbs.
