Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation & Sales Systems Specialist to help design, build, and optimize modern revenue systems for service-based businesses. This role sits at the intersection of AI voice technology, CRM architecture, and inbound/outbound sales automation. You will be responsible for creating scalable, intelligent systems that drive lead generation, conversion, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement AI voice agents for inbound and outbound sales, follow-ups, and appointment setting * Build and optimize AI-driven workflows and automations across marketing, sales, and operations * Architect and manage CRM systems to support lead tracking, pipeline visibility, reporting, and attribution * Integrate CRMs with AI tools, dialers, email/SMS platforms, and marketing systems * Develop and optimize inbound and outbound sales systems for service-based businesses * Create end-to-end digital marketing and sales infrastructure that scales efficiently * Monitor performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure data accuracy and visibility Core Competencies * End-to-End Digital Marketing Architecture * AI Voice Agents, Automation, and Workflow Engineering * CRM Design, Optimization, and Data Visibility Required Experience & Skills * Proven experience building AI automations and sales systems * Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar) * Experience with AI voice tools, conversational AI, or call automation platforms * Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales processes * Ability to design workflows that connect marketing, sales, and operations * Technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and documentation skills Nice to Have * Experience working with service-based businesses or agencies * Familiarity with SMS, email marketing, and call tracking platforms * Understanding of lead attribution, analytics, and reporting * Startup or growth-stage company experience Why Join Us * Work on cutting-edge AI and automation projects * High level of ownership and impact * Flexible work environment * Opportunity to shape and scale modern sales infrastructure Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
