Job Summary We are a charming neighborhood floral shop nestled in Lone Mountain, San Francisco. Our shop offers a delightful collection of floral arrangements, home goods, and gifts. We take pride in sourcing our products from local farmers and supporting female-owned businesses whenever possible. We strive to maintain small batches from our vendors whenever possible to ensure the freshness and quality of our offerings. We are looking for a person to cherish, love my shop, and help us grow. Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Florist and Retail Sales Associate to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This part-time position will involve creating beautiful flower arrangements, and assisting customers with our home goods and gifts. Your daily responsibilities will include arranging flowers for various occasions, maintaining the floral displays, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of our retail space. This is NOT an entry-level position; an in-person interview only. Qualifications: - Proven experience in flower arrangements and floral design, with experience creating wedding party bouquets, boutonniers, corsages, and florals for events. - Strong creativity skills to design unique and appealing floral designs. - Excellent customer service skills to assist and engage with customers. - Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in the floral industry, preferably for 2+ years. This is not an entry-level position, and minimal training should be sufficient. - Availability to work during peak seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the months of November and December. The position is paid based on experience. $25 plus tips. Do not DM.
