Position Overview We are seeking commission-only sales professionals with hands-on experience in construction or remodeling who can both sell projects and manage them through completion. This dual role requires strong sales ability, project management skills, and the ability to oversee crews to ensure quality work and satisfied clients. Compensation * Commission-only, no base salary. * High earning potential -- no cap on income. * Percentage paid on every project sold and completed. Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new leads (referrals, networking, canvassing, social media). * Meet with homeowners, understand their remodeling needs, and close deals. * Manage projects after sale: schedule crews, oversee work, communicate with clients, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion. * Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business. Qualifications * Proven sales experience, preferably in construction/remodeling. * Hands-on knowledge of remodeling (kitchens, bathrooms, home improvements). * Strong project management skills -- able to manage crews and timelines. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Must be self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
