Sales Associate - Nissan Dealership | Jacksonville, FL We are a high-volume Nissan dealership in Jacksonville seeking driven, hard- working Sales Associates to join our growing team. Our dealership serves a broad customer base, including many secondary credit customers, so we need professionals who can build trust, handle objections, and close deals with confidence. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who are ready to put in the work and get rewarded for it. Position Highlights:

• $2,000 base salary - no draw
• Aggressive, high-earning commission structure

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers throughout the car-buying process
• Build rapport with a wide range of customers, including those with credit challenges
• Present vehicles and financing options clearly and confidently
• Handle objections professionally and keep deals moving forward
• Follow up with all leads, past customers, and pending deals promptly and consistently
• Work closely with the finance team to finalize transactions
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times What We're Looking For:
• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable individuals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
