Position Summary We are hiring Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Advisors for our North Dallas / Plano team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on engaging with customers, presenting products and services, and providing a positive customer experience on behalf of nationally recognized brands. No experience required -- training provided. We're looking for motivated individuals who want a long-term career path with leadership opportunities. What You 'll Do * Engage with customers in person to explain product offerings * Provide excellent customer service aligned with brand standards * Present solutions, answer questions, and guide customers through enrollment * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals * Attend team training, coaching, and professional development sessions * Track leads, conversations, and customer feedback accurately What We 're Looking For Required: * Strong communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Reliable transportation to and from daily field locations * Full-time availability Preferred (but not required): * Customer service, retail, or sales experience * Experience using CRM tools or mobile-based sales apps This is an entry-level position -- training provided, hiring immediately.
