Overview

: Meaningful Beginnings Daycare Center is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Consultant to grow enrollment and optimize our sales and marketing processes. This role will focus on increasing our enrollment pipeline, improving inquiry-to-enrollment conversions, leading our sales team, and supporting marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

: Enrollment & Sales Management

• Grow the enrollment pipeline for each center.
• Increase tour percentages for each center.
• Implement and maintain CRM best practices. Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Plan and run digital and community-based marketing campaigns.
• Maintain online presence, including Google Business, SEO, social media, and reviews.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns and messaging aligned with our brand. Community Engagement
• Develop partnerships with local hospitals, OB/GYN offices, businesses, and family organizations.
• Plan and host events to engage prospective and current families.
• Ensure quality standards are met with current families through schedule calls.
• Represent centers at community events to boost visibility. Staff Enablement & Leadership
• Train and support center directors and staff in high-converting tours, phone scripts, and relationship-based sales.
• Ensure a consistent and excellent parent experience across all centers.
• Hold the team accountable through KPIs and regular performance tracking. Data & Reporting
• Build dashboards to track inquiries, tours, conversion rates, and enrollment capacity.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement targeted solutions to improve performance.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales, enrollment, or marketing experience in a leadership role.
• Strong CRM knowledge and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.
