What You 'll Do * Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners daily (no cold calls). * Deliver professional in-home presentations and close sales. * Train directly with top leaders and develop management skills. * Set the standard for performance and team culture. What We 're Looking For * 1+ year of sales or leadership experience (home improvement or B2C preferred). * Strong communication and closing skills. * Ambitious, coachable, and leadership-focused.
