Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for retail sales. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. * Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register. * Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels. * Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. * Maintain a clean store environment Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred but not required. * Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math concepts are essential for processing transactions accurately. * Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike. * Experience with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is a plus.
