Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the temporary staffing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work independently in the field, promoting our temporary staffing services and 25% in the office. Duties * Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized service. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements * 4 + years experience in outside sales. * Experience in the staffing industry. * Experience in light industrial, hospitality or construction space * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive mindset with a focus on lead generation, pipeline development, closing the sale and cultivating relationships. * A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
