Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending the best vehicles and solutions. * Manage the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. * Develop and maintain customer relationships , leading to repeat business and referrals. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge Toyota also for all vehicles within our lineup: Chevrolet, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen, and Porsche. * Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure an efficient and effective sales process. * Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and build lasting customer relationships. * Assist with inventory management by ensuring vehicles are properly displayed and marketed. * Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
