SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage chemical sales within the Orlando-Jacksonville territory. This role focuses on building relationships, developing new business, supporting existing customers, and serving as the primary link between customers and internal teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect and call on commercial, industrial, and technical customers
• Sell chemical products by demonstrating value, practicality, and performance
• Develop new accounts while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
• Schedule and conduct customer visits to explain products and services
• Review market analysis to assess customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and discounts
• Implement sales campaigns aligned with company goals
• Inform customers of new products, pricing changes, and market trends
• Communicate customer instructions and requirements to internal teams
• Troubleshoot and assist with customer process issues
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery
• Effectively communicate customer updates internally (forecast changes, credit concerns, competitive activity, etc.)
• Set up promotional materials and sales programs as needed
• Complete and maintain customer profiles for all accounts
• Handle credit-related issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records using Sales Place for call reports, itineraries, and sample requests
• Submit weekly expense reports TRAVEL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Territory covers Orlando and Jacksonville areas
• Mostly remote role with regular field visits
• Travel required 2 -3 days per week COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $60,000 base salary (bogey)
• Bonus opportunities based on performance
• $950/month vehicle allowance
• $120/month cell phone allowance EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience; and five to ten years related experience and/or training. Pay: $60,000.00 per year
