We're seeking a Director of Sales to lead our eCommerce division, OnlineComponents , in Phoenix, AZ. As the architect of our sales strategy, you'll align revenue goals with a digital-first vision, designing scalable frameworks, coaching high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. You'll own the forecast, pipeline, and performance analytics, while ensuring customers experience a seamless, differentiated journey across digital and human touchpoints.
