We're seeking a results driven and strategic Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in networking, and passionate about helping clients maintain clean, safe, and professional environments. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, and residential cleaning sectors. * Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas. * Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs. * Negotiate and close contracts that align with company goals and profitability. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). * Represent Sparks Cleaning Services professionally in networking events and client meetings. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (janitorial or facility services experience a plus). * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. * Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or similar). * Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
