Dallas Texas Area Automotive Dealership is currently looking to add a qualified AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL SALES MANAGER AND SALES MANAGER Our Dealership has a rare opportunity for an energetic, knowledgeable leader who can increase vehicle sales in a growing department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to): * Work with OEM certifications and meet factory volume targets while sustaining profitability. * Motivate and train salespeople of all inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentives. * Appraise all incoming used vehicles. * Increase overall market share year over year. * Train salespeople on sales process on a regular basis * Work with clients on closing deals. * General Sales Manager and Sales Manager will work to forecast monthly sales expenses. * Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience with impeccable CSI results. * Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach. * Other duties may be assigned by management. Requirements (included but are not limited to): * 2 + years of Automotive GSM or Sales Management experience. * Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Excel and Word. * Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. * Strong take charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include recruiting, training, and motivating. * Knowledge of the local retail market. * Excellent customer service skills. * Professional appearance and work ethic. * Must have verifiable proof of your success as a GSM or Sales Manager in the Automotive Industry including outstanding CSI scores. * Ability to identify market trends properly and manage inventory. * Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written. * Bilingual a PLUS!
