Overview

Seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, sales/business professional to join our team. The Apprentice program provides the opportunity for an incoming agent candidate to develop their skills and business knowledge while employed with a top performing agency owner/mentor. You will market, develop customer relationships within the community, and sell a large array of insurance products. Apprentice agents who successfully complete the program will become top candidates for area agency opportunities. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Idaho Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses required Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, business-minded, and resilient No recent bankruptcies or major collections; clean criminal background

Responsibilities
