We are a rapidly growing eCommerce business, specializing in superior-quality adjustable bases and luxury mattresses while providing world-class support to our existing customers. Our mission is to offer the best shopping experience for our diverse customer base and help them sleep better at night. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist with a passion for sales, nurturing leads, fostering customer relationships while crushing the competition. Sales Specialist Responsibilities: * Engage with potential clients through incoming calls, chats and emails to present our products. * Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. * Organize and track potential sales leads and follow-ups using our CRM. * Research potential leads from digital resources and social media platforms * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. * Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
