Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service with Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. This role is vital in building strong relationships with our tenants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with customers. This position requires a standard 40 hour work week to include working Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm . Duties * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients at the front desk. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs * Engage with potential and existing clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, including phone call reminders for package pick up at the Luxor One lockers. * Monitor clubhouse and other common areas. * Assist with Payables and sending files to collections * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database * Communicate daily with management team * Represent Park Regency professionally through dress and upbeat, positive attitude * Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience is REQUIRED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) 6% Match * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
