Ecopharm, a growing pharmaceutical reverse distributor in the United States, is seeking a professional Sales person with significant expertise in Sales and Customer Success in a pharmaceutical supply chain/distribution environment. We are looking for a highly motivated business development rep who is willing to work independently and together with a team. Salary + Commission Sales experience is required Overview The BDR has the ultimate responsibility for achieving Sales goals and objectives created by the sales executive. He/she also has the responsibility for implementing a sales strategy while driving the performance of the his/her efforts. This role will lead and create a Sales organization of a growing group of BDRs and drive revenue for the company. Requirements: * Minimum 1-2 years sales experience * Experience prospecting on your own efforts * Experience presenting to business owners * Experience closing business owners * Strong relationship skills * Highly motivated and driven Expectations: * Ability to effectively manage time * Ability to effectively manage sales pipeline * Able to conduct a winning sales system * Attend weekly trainings and meetings * Represent the company and yourself well * Be a team player * Be relentless Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required) Work Location: On the road
