Bilingual Sales Job Scheduler Needed ASAP [please apply online] This position also pays commissions on sales. Our company is an Electrical Contractor, Natural Gas and Propane Contractor, that installs and services generators. We are interested in improving sales, customer engagement, and customer satisfaction. As such we are searching for a bilingual person who can focus on customer service, scheduling, and inside sales. This is a fast paced position, which engages the company and its clientele at many levels, and requires long term commitment, attention to detail, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to learn our product and services so that you can offer them as a solution to the customers who are calling in. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and "soft selling" the product or service by providing support to current and prospective customers. Responsibilities * Take and process all inbound phone calls, input the information on a special spreadsheet and give customers information about the cost for the repairs or installations they may be needing. * Outside sales. * Send quotes to customers and follow up to see if they are ready to make the decision to start the project and hire us for the service. * If customers make the decision to hire us, schedule the technicians necessary to do the job, and follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the installation or service provided. * Do follow up post service with customers to secure good reviews. Skills * Knowledge of electrical industry * Excellent sales skills * Interact well with the team. * Excellent communication skills. * Must have some scheduling knowledge. * Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. * Must speak English and Spanish.
