Experience necessary - BMW/MINI - Long Island, NY We are currently looking for experienced Automotive BDC Sales Representatives to join our team! An Ideal candidate should be a high energy, outgoing individual who has previously worked in a Sales environment with experience on multi line phones. As a BDC/Client Care Specialist you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for our customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling, a "GO GETTER" and a professional well-spoken candidate. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail or sales then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is preferred but we will train the right person having sales experience. What we offer: * Competitive pay plan + Commission * Medical * Dental * 401K Retirement Savings with Company Match Responsibilities including, but not limited to: * Provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through exceptional preparation, attitude, and teamwork. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding the lease/purchase of new/pre-owned BMW/MINI vehicles timely. * Set as many appointments as required by our annual minimum standards. * Maintain outstanding customer satisfaction. * Understanding monthly incentives and programs along with product knowledge to properly keep customers up to date and informed. * Collect required customer information such as email address and mailing address while building rapport. * Follow-up with customers to obtain referrals and repeat business. * Maintain a clean and safe work area. * Memorize and follow the company's word tracks and guidelines. * Maintain a daily average of outbound calls and emails. * High volume of outbound and inbound phone calls This position requires: * Strong phone, email and communication skills a must * Positive "can do" attitude and high energy at all times * Must be able to work flexible hours/days * Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency * Strong verbal/written communication * Must possess the ability to ask for the appointment and follow through Required education: * High school or equivalent Required experience: * Prior phone sales * Automotive BDC preferred: 2 years Job Type: Full-time.
