What You'll Do This is a dynamic sales role where you'll be instrumental in connecting top talent with thriving businesses. * Be a Hunter: Prospect, cold-call, and develop relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs. * Be a Partner: Sell Winston's temporary staffing services--becoming a trusted consultant who helps companies grow and succeed. * Be a Closer: Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to client service. What We're Looking For * Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. * Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience (sales, customer service, business development, or related field is a plus). * Drive: A highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit and a relentless desire to hit and exceed sales targets. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills--you're confident on the phone and in person.
