Winston's Staffing Services is looking for ambitious, high-energy recent college graduates with 1-3 years of post-graduate experience to join our team as Staffing Sales Representatives.

What You'll Do

This is a dynamic sales role where you'll be instrumental in connecting top talent with thriving businesses.

• Be a Hunter: Prospect, cold-call, and develop relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
• Be a Partner: Sell Winston's temporary staffing services--becoming a trusted consultant who helps companies grow and succeed.
• Be a Closer: Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to client service. What We're Looking For
• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience (sales, customer service, business development, or related field is a plus).
• Drive: A highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit and a relentless desire to hit and exceed sales targets.
