Company Description: We recently launched our new product which is a portable propane fire pit. The first niche we are going after is boating; what's cooler than a fire pit on your boat!? For 2026 we plan to ramp up our tradeshow and onsite demo presence as well as expanding our network of dealers (currently at 50+). [please apply online] Previous years booth setup: [please apply online] Role Description: We are looking for a driven individual to head up Sales at Floating Flame. This is a new role and you would be responsible for all 'face to face' sales (tradeshows and demo days) as well as recruiting new dealers to carry Flame via email, phone and in person meetings. As the sole person responsible for sales you would have then entire US and Canada territory. We saw a 390% year over year growth in sales so the product you would be selling is highly desirable; your job is just to make people aware that it exists! Role Duties: * Source, plan and attend boat shows displaying and selling our product * Source, plan and attend Dealer demo days and other opportunities to display and sell our product * Call upon inbound leads as well as cold outreach to the 3,000+ boat dealers around the US and Canada Compensation: Tradeshow and demo day compensation consists of a daily base + commission for tradeshows. The rate is $100/day + $100/unit sold. Typically at tradeshows we sell 5-10 units/day. We will pay for all expenses related to them (booth, travel, lodging, etc). Selling into Dealers is a commission based comp package which is $75/unit sold. Typically dealers are buying 4-8 units at a time a couple times per year. There are about 4,000 boat dealers in the US and Canada; we are only in around 50. The market is wide open for massive growth!
