Responsibilities * Build meaningful relationships to create loyal, lifelong customers. * Use consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs. * Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales expertise. * Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. * Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. * Overcome objections and thrive in dynamic sales situations. * Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance. * Bring your A-game and a positive attitude every day! Qualifications * Available to work flexible hours, including weekends. * Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit. * Eager to learn the ins and outs of our products. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, well-groomed appearance. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
